Salt-Crusted, Grilled Fish Stuffed with Lemongrass

Bangkok, Thailand – I love dinner markets.  The wide variety of food, the convenience, the end-of-day buzz.  This market on Nang Litchi had all sorts of things, but an unusually high number of tables serving up nahm prik – the chile dipping sauce served with blanched or raw vegetables.
